Definitely, yes: A variety of factors can trigger a migraine attack in certain individuals who may have a genetic or neurochemical predisposition to migraine. It is possible: If you have IBS with predominantly diarrhea that can cause you to be dehydrated. Dehydration is one of the most common causes of headaches, including migraines which are more likely to occur when a person is dehydrated.
