Need to sort this out, as triggers for headache may be due to neck or shoulder problem, such as cervical radiculopathy or thoracic outlet syndrome. Migraine could also be considered, but seems that tension cephalgia is more likely. Get neurology involved, but a physiatrist might be more accessible.
