IBS & Ibuprofen.: While I can't see that there's a direct negative impact of Ibuprofen on IBS, I can't disagree with your physician if he/she had a specific reason for you to not take Ibuprofen. Do you have any upper GI pathology, like an ulcer or gastritis (I see that you are taking Pantoprazole)?
