How long does it take for plaquinil to start working for undifferentiated connective tissue disease?

Several months: Plaquenil can take from 6 weeks to 3 months or more and should be used in conjunction with h=the other modalities like PT and the other meds, like Cymbalta, (duloxetine) that you are already doing
