Drink LOTS OF FLUIDs: Over exercise can lead to Rhabdomyolysis. You may see bloody urine , if so please get medical help immediately. Never the less and get your CPK checked. Meanwhile drink plenty of water and electrolyte water with Magnesium and salt. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain,
