Leg bruises: Without a picture it is difficult to render a definitive diagnosis. If i were to guess i would say you have erythema nodosum has many causes. In any case you should see your doctor right away.

E. nodosum rarely is above the knee and never on arms. But is associated with arthritis and sarcoid, which can cause aches elsewhere!
