Fell on knee hard yesterday. swollen, bruised & very sore now, but i can move it. it's actually mostly sore above where the impact was. any idea why?

Needs evaluation : If the knee hurts a lot and it is swollen after a fall, you need to see a doctor. You might have just simple sprain or more major injuries such as fractures of the patella, ligament tears, etc. Pls see your doctor soon and he/she can examine you better and help you with diagnosis and treatment.
