Likely filariasis: You probably have the wrong spelling. You must see a physician to be properly treated. The disease causes swelling in different parts of the body typical reffered to as "Elephantiasis" from destruction of the lymph glands. Ivermectim/ Diethycarbazine are the treatments of choice. Pls see a doctor in your country.

Filariasis: Depending upon the type and severity of Filariasis, various medications in the categories of anti-helminthics and antibiotics are used, Some of the drugs are Diethycarbamazine (DEC), Ivermectin, Mebendazole and the antibiotic Doxycycline.
