My daughter is on dialysis and is having extreme pain on her left side (back) and is very nauseous. she is also a diabetic. what is causing this?

I do not know: BUT because she is a diabetic and may have altered pain sensation from a possible neuropathy, etc. and since she is on dialysis, you want to assure it is not her kidney, etc. causing her pains. Get her evaluated by her doctor. Best wishes.
