Hypoglycemia: Hypoglycemia, caused by metabolic overload, then metabolic over reaction. Eat too much, too fast overloads your metabolic machinery. Blood sugar rises rapidly and a huge metabolic response occurs to bring down blood sugar, often too fast and too low. The dropping blood sugars result in hypoglycemia, driving hunger and unfortunately another overeating session. Small frequent meals helps.
