Maybe: It is tough to know for sure as "twitches" or fasiculations can occur for possible electrolyte changes, which can be caused by an underlying pancreatitis, so it is possible. Get an eval if they persist and discuss with your treating dr. Good luck to you.

Twitch: Certainly could be. When your pancreas gets inflamed the fluid around the pancreas will absorb calcium and that can cause your muscles to twitch. I hope your pancreatitis is improving. If so, I expect the twitching to go away.
