I am experiencing cough (quality: blood in phlegm) . the following also describe me: chills, wheezing, hoarse voice, aching muscles, difficulty breathing through nose, and body aches. what should i do?

Flu?: If these symptoms have been present for less than 2 weeks, they are likely from the flu. You may try tylenol for the body aches, and decongestant nasal spray for the nasal congestion (no more than 5 days). The blood in phlegm is likely from violent coughing which may require a Rx cough syrup. If symptoms get worse, persists >2 weeks, or a fever of over 103 develops, see your doctor.
