Talk with your doc: If taking paracetamol (tylenol) or other over-the counter medications doesn't help, there are medications for nerve pain. In the US the common ones are gabapentin, depakote, and lyrica (pregabalin). It is important to figure out the reason behind the neuropathy, so talk with your doc about this also.
