Not GI; sounds CNS: High likelihood of central nervous system (CNS) problem. If you suffered head trauma prior to onset of the described symptoms, you may have a concussion, brain contusion, subdural hematoma, or a life-threatening bleed into your brain. These possibilities are present even without preceding trauma. I recommend immediate evaluation--get to the er please!
