More likely not: Focal symptoms in left hand would most likely be due to peripheral nerve problem such as carpal tunnel syndrome, but could be other nerve issue at elbow or neck. Unlikely at your age to be due to cardiac, but in older adults might consider that source. Consider an EMG test to diagnose.
