Inadequate Thyroid H: High TSH implies that you have inadequate Thyroid hormones in the body. So your Thyroxine dose needs to be increased. Go see your endocrinologist so that they c an fine tune your Thyroid hormone(Thyroxine) replacement therapy.

TSH: TSH is produced by the pituitary gland. It stimulates production of thyroid hormone by the thyroid. If you have no thyroid and are not taking replacement thyroid hormone there will be no negative feedback on the pituitary and your levels of TSH will skyrocket. Your body is trying to tell your thyroid to start making hormone again.
