Diagnosis: The doctor(s) that ordered the CT scan & have seen you are the ones that should discuss what they see, what would be next, & follow up with you. All your questions should be addressed to your doctors of record and they should answer all your questions. You can always go for second opinions if you feel you are not getting the best possible care or need confirmation regarding diagnosis and treatment

Not conclusive test: CT scan for "nonspecific soft tissue prominence" along mandible is not conclusive test. MRI with and without contrast is the needed imaging for soft tissue diagnosis. Hope it helps.
