I had a neck ct scan for swelling and enlarged lymphnodes. results say the largest nodes are along the right and left mandible and measure less than a centimeter in greatest short axis dimension and show fatty replacement. what does this mean? bad??

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
