Paresthesia: You describe an abnormal sensation in the temple. This could have multiple causes. It could be related to abnormal cutaneous sensation in the skin, could be related to muscular tension or muscle contraction in that area, or could be related to a central neurologic cause. You should see a neurologist to assess this problem. An MRI might be more useful. It doesn't sound serious but get checked.
