Weight loss: Truthfully, the old fashion way... appropriate diet, exercise and sleep. Diet ideally includes 50% protein, 30% carbs and 20% fats. Carbs and fats can be decreased in favor of more protein. At least 64 oz of water/day is recommended and 8 hrs sleep daily. No alcohol, no tobacco and no drugs would be my best recommdation to start with. I also recommend that the majority of your exercise be cardio.
