Only 2 human studies: Dr. Oz cites a randomized trial of forskolin--a small preliminary study of overweight men with only 15 men in each group & the study lasted for 12 weeks but the subjects taking forskolin did not lose weight. In 23 mildly overweight women, forskolin had no significant effects on body composition & the study concluded that it “does not appear to promote weight loss." (Ref. www.sciencebasedmedicine)
