Palatal surgery: High palate are associated with narrow maxillary development, and speech is associated with normal maxillary development. See an oral surgeon or and orthodontist to determine the possible cause and thus treatment possibilities. Speech may improve with maxillry palatal surgery, but speech therapy may be needed.
