Lisp: Patients generally lisp when the front upper and lower teeth cannot contact edge to edge (or tongue gets in between them) and not from merely having a high arched palate. See a board certified Orthodontist who can evaluate you and determine what can be done from an Orthodontic standpoint and if Orthognathic surgery is indicated.

Yes: High narrow palatial vault treated in adults with a combination of palatial expansion (TAD supported or surgical) and tooth movement to address improper tooth positions. See a specialist Orthodontist for an initial (usually free) examination and discussion of treatment alternatives. Orthodontists correct problems like yours frequently with mind altering results (including improved speech).
