Clicking sound: The spine has joints at every level. As you turn your head the joints slide in two dimensions. The clicking is probably related to some oddity in one of those joints. If you are not having any pain and the range of motion in your neck is normal (and you have no tingling/numbness in your arms/hands) then its nothing to worry about.
