You don't: Being able to walk normally without pain makes a fracture highly unlikely. So in this instance just go about your normal life. Have it evaluated and x rayed if it becomes painful.

Ice.: Ice for 20 minutes at a time, 4-5 times per day. Take an over the counter anti-inflammatory medication. Use crutches if you need to. See a sports medicine physician as son as you can.
