Kidney & diabetes : Your renal function is not optimum. Due to Diabetes you are at high risk of worsening kidneys. Need to be on either ACE Inhibitor or Are medication. Not on both however to protect kidneys from further deterioration. Need to monitor microalbumin of urine and creatinine in blood. If both rising will need to visit kidney specialist. Your creatinine levels depends on your muscle mass.
