Random urine sample taken at 8:30am fasting labs microalbumin/creatinine ratio 383.0 and microalbumin 69.6, his creatinine is normal at 181.7. all other labs were normal. he is 15 years old non diabetic non obese non athletic does not work out.

Clinical albuminuria: if repeat tests 2 or 3 more times comes out 300 or above in 6 months. Clinical correlation is needed to make a diagnosis.
