Kidney issue.: Your numbers do suggest that there’s some impairment of your kidney function. Now realize that kidney issues can cause hypertension but can also be a result of longstanding hypertension, so the exact etiology of your kidney issue has to be elucidated and a “chicken and egg” analysis has to occur.
