I do not have insurance to go to dermatologist and i have this red blotches/pimplies bumps only on left butt cheek for 3 mnths only itches...its profile pic? it does not hurt either or burn.

Blotches and pimples: It is difficult to tell what is the cause of these lesions without seeing them. It would be in your best interest to have a doctor take a look since you have had them for 3 months.
