Wellbutrin (bupropion): Wellbutrin (bupropion) may not curb the sexual and weight related side effects of an ssri. Wellbutrin (bupropion) does target different neurotransmitters than an ssri, and may offer additional benefit in depression. There are certain ssri's, including citalopram and escitalopram, which are often effective in depression with anxiety.
