Hep B AB positive: It means your are protected from ever having hepatitis A either through vaccination or naturally

Likely means: What it likely mean's is that 1) you've been vaccinated against hepatitis A 2) you've had a previous exposure to hepatitis A 3) this is much less likely, you have some other antibody that is cross reacting with the hepatitis A test(again very rare) Hope that helps.
