Tough to say: Without an exam it is tough to say, but at 20yo and with a history of anxiety and a recent stressful event, maybe you ares till having underlying anxiety. Get eval if it persists.

I am experiencing panic attack, moderate shortness of breath of sudden onset, that gets worse with psychological stress, exercise or physical activity, that is unaffected by lying down, and that gets better with rest, and that is unaffected by sitting upright, breast pain, stomach upset, emotional problems, feeling anxious, feeling depressed, trouble sleeping, and hopelessness.
21/M. Diagnosed with panic attacks and anxiety. I have a sensation happening that I cant explain. It has only happened twice before. First I thought it was a back/chest spasm, but I am not sure. All I know is that it is very uncomfortable. Ideas?

On 20 mg celexa (citalopram) for panic/anxiety that developed after one time dxm OD. Panic attacks gone but still tightness in left side chest. Anxiety cause this?
