Absolutely: If you know that the symptoms you are experiencing are related to panic the low frequency of your attacks suggests that behavioral interventions will be helpful. This can involve finding a therapist who can help you develop strategies for aborting the symptoms before they escalate as well as determining the triggers. Neurofeedback can also be helpful for panic disorder.

CBT better tx: If you are avoiding pharmacological methods, try a psychologist that provides structured cognitive behavioral therapy. Many therapist just chit chat with you which has not been found to be nearly as effective as cbt. If the therapist says they provide cbt but all you do is talk, you may want to look again.

Panic: Frequency of attacks is not alarming. Wondering if you ever took medications in the past that controlled them. Best approach is psychotherapy of cognitive behavior type plus medication trial such as ssri's. Discuss with your doctor.
