30 min 3X/week: Exercise is good for you, but in order to have a positive effect on yourself, the minimum is 30 minutes three times a week. Certainly 7 days a week would be better. There are published studies that have shown 30 minutes three times a week will have a positive effect on both morbidity, (sickness) and mortality, (death). This goes for cancer patients too.
