Kinda sorta . . .: Talk to your family doc to figure out why you sustained mild anterior wedging at T5-7 at such a young age. We want to be sure you're not suffering from reversible cause of osteoporosis. If so, we have medications for that! Actually, you should ask for specialist who performs kyphoplasty or vertebroplasty which can stabilize vertebra. Check out http://goo.gl/ay85j3 & http://goo.gl/crgrKs for info

Couldn't hurt: I am of the belief that exercise(especially yoga) is benefical; but unfortunately there is no cure to date. There are studies and trials being constantly done; and hopefully there will be a cure. Have hope...Stephen hawkins(famous astrophysicist) was diagnosed in his 20's and is still alive to date.

Why is exercise important for hypoglycemia?

Dr. Carlos Ballestas
Family Medicine 22 years experience
No insulin: The most common cause of hypoglicemia in pateint without diabetes is that your body over react to high glucose foods and produces too much Insulin causing your blood sugar to drop. That is why the diet is so important to prevent that. Exercise causes your blood sugar to go into tissues without the use of Insulin and reduces that reaction.
