Can be: Stretching is good for the body and if done with use of ballistic stretching can be mild exercise. If you are working up a sweat and your heart rate increases, then it is mild exercise.

Any physical: Activity is consider a form of exercise, just like walking and house chores. It's just that is of lower intensity compared to running, swimming, etc.
