Consider gallstones: There may be several causes for your symptoms, but you should consider gallstone/gallstone attack (acute cholelithiasis, acute cholecystitis), as it is one of the more serious possible causes. Are symptoms worse after eating a fatty meal? Please review with your medical provider as you may need intervention soon.
