Difficult to dtermin: The symptoms you list are vague, and can be caused by multiple problems, and possibly no real illness at all. You need to see your local health care provider and make a list of your symptoms to give to him. Large tender breasts can be caused by fibrocystic disease, which most women have. If the breasts are large, then this can cause back and neck pain. Weight loss will help, and in extreme cases.
