Tired, breast pain: If the tired feeling is typical of the onset of your period, the "slight pain" may just be the onset of your period. If you are sexually active, the breast tenderness, tiredness and period like stomach pain may be due to pregnancy, so get a serum HCG test from your healthcare provider to be certain.
