See GYN: A routine check up of your blood profile can identify possible causes (eg thyroid issues, anemia etc) to identify possible causes of fatigue. A pelvic ultrasound can also evaluate your uterus/ovaries to identify any issues that may be causing those symptoms. Recommend GYN evaluation Best wishes Dr M
