Antibiotic reaction: I don't think there is a specific reaction/side effect known of this kind with Doxycycline and lemons. However, if this is the first time you've taken doxycycline, you may actually be having a reaction to the medication. Call your doctor for his/her opinion on whether or not to stop the antibiotic and if he/she wants to replace it with another for whatever you're being treated for.
