Appreciate open &...: directness of the question. Happy to provide an answer, that may not be as concrete. For one it depends on how bad are the drinking and past drug problems. These symptoms could certainly be a non serious nerve irritation but also may be cardiomyopathy from alcohol or serious heart attack warning signs from meth. So without a complete evaluation, this could be a serious condition.
