Can doxycycline hyclate 100 mg cause tingling bad burning in the arms and fingers?

Possible: Doxycycline can cause severe sunburn and protection from sunlight is recommended. Neuropathy (nerve damage) is uncommon with Doxycycline but possible with any medicine including doxycycline. If doubtful talk to your physician who may change your antibiotic to a different class of drugs. Some blood work and nerve tests may be needed to establish diagnosis.
