Exercise & veggies: Since your goal triglyceride TG level is <100, you are wise to take control now. You did not mention your other heart risk factors, nor your LDL level. Since your TG is well <500, your LDL cholesterol is the more significant factor. Start with regular exercise, a diet high in fruits, vegetables and fish, and weight loss if needed.
