Pretty high: You have an especially excellent HDL which mitigates the high LDL to a large degree. 130 would be normal. 100 would be excellent. Diet is all that's recommended in your age group, unless you have diabetes. Weight loss is the key. Use a plant based diet (vegetarian like - not strict). You don't have to achieve ideal body weight - the process of losing weight will itself lower the LDL.
