I've had a pre-existing innocent heart murmur for years, but can this get worse now that i'm pregnant? my doctor said if i feel dizzy, be concerned?

Murmurs: When you are pregnant the amount of blood in your body increases making your heart pump more. That will make your innocent (normal) heart murmur louder. So Yes, it can get louder but not indicating anything wrong or worse.
