Keep looking: A majority of heart murmurs mean nothing, a platelet count under 800, 000 usually gives no useful information, and i'm considering myofascial pain syndrome, polymyalgia rheumatica, porphyria, immune polyneuropathy, fibromyalgia, porphyia, lyme disease, early ms, a faulty heater in your home with carbon monoxide, and some others. One of these may fit your picture. Stay proactive & good luck.
