Keep searching: Conditions or factors that can cause a high platelet count are: iron-deficiency anemia hemolytic anemia absence of spleen cancer inflammatory or infectious diseases, such as connective tissue disorders, inflammatory bowel disease, and tuberculosis reactions to medicines i would recommend second opinion especially a hematologist.

Keep looking: A majority of heart murmurs mean nothing, a platelet count under 800, 000 usually gives no useful information, and i'm considering myofascial pain syndrome, polymyalgia rheumatica, porphyria, immune polyneuropathy, fibromyalgia, porphyia, lyme disease, early ms, a faulty heater in your home with carbon monoxide, and some others. One of these may fit your picture. Stay proactive & good luck.
