Yes: Wild salmon is a wonderful source of protein and if they are running, just enjoy. Obviously, you can have too much of a good thing. But three servings a week is A-OK.

Recommended: by the American Heart Association. The recommendation is eating fatty fish (e.g. salmon) at least two times per week. The serving size of fish is 3.5 ounces cooked or 3/4 cup of fish flaked. It is also important to prepare fish by baking, steaming or grilling. Take care.
