It's OK: Urine is sterile. Plus, you washed your hands after the contact. Whenever you have contact with animals, you should wash your hands before and after.

You're fine!: The skin is the largest organ in the body and provides excellent protection against all sorts of viruses and bacteria. Without any open wounds, and the fact that you washed you hands, you will be fine. Animal urine is often contacted by veterinary workers, zoo employees, pet owners, etc. You will be fine.
