Highly Unlikely: Hepatitis A is transmitted via contact with infected feces and both Hepatitis B and C are primarily passed via blood-to-blood contact. Other STDs are primarily passed via genital-to-genital contact with a infected carrier. Unless directly exposed to an infected person's secretions, feces, or blood, it would be extremely rare to become infected via towel transmission.
